For “In-Stock Items” all Packages will ship USPS (United States Postal Service) by PARCEL-POST within 3-10 business days. This does not apply to mattresses, foundations, furniture, special-order items and monogrammed items.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Within the 24-hour period, the following policy applies: No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled by 5:00 EST on the same day the order was placed.  Past this date a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. After the 24-hours period, NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED on “mattresses”, “foundations”, “furniture”, “monogrammed”, “special-order items”, adult and baby bedding  items.  All bedding orders for adults, children and baby or any orders with “multi-items” of the same type are deemed a final sale.

WE DO NOT OFFER A RETURN POLICY ON FURNITURE, MATTRESSES, FOUNDATIONS, BEDDING, INCUDING ADULT, CHILD AND BABY, OR SPECIAL ORDERED BEDDING, MONOGRAMMED ITEMS, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS, HANDBAGS AND OR SKINCARE.  THEY ARE DEEMED A FINAL SALE.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items that can be returned or exchanged must be received within 10-days of the purchase date. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for each returned item.

All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in their original packaging and accompanied with the original copy of the sales receipt. Call us at: Tel: 1-908-204-1988 and a Customer Service Representative will assign a return authorization tag number. Please note, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization tag number. 

Mattress and foundation Shipping charges are as follows:

Orders in the amount of $74.99 and under will be charged a flat shipping charge of $8.95. Orders over $75.00 will ship free except where restrictions apply. We offer Free White Glove delivery service with purchase of our Organic Nest Eco Clean Mattress Sets in Full, Queen, King and CA King sizes. We offer Free Curbside delivery for our   Eco Clean Twin and XL twin size mattress sets only, however if two twin size sets are ordered at the same time we will offer you free white glove delivery. Mattress only or foundation only orders will incur a delivery charge.  All Mattress deliveries to rural and city locations may incur a “delivery” fee and therefore, will not be a free delivery where otherwise free delivery applies.
Organic Nest does our best to offer you an accurate shipping time frame for your item, however, stock changes all day long, we are not responsible for this change and will email you as quickly as we can to make you aware of the situation. Shipping time frames may change due to circumstances out of our control, examples, item could be out of stock, a supplier may commit to a specific time frame and due to issues that may occur their time frame may change, we are not responsible for this change and we will email you to discuss the new shipping time frame.

Furniture shipping policy:

We also charge for all furniture and furniture accessory deliveries. After your order is placed, we will contact you within 2-3 business days with the rate for the delivery to your zip code. If there are any questions about delivery fees, please, contact us at Tel: 1-908-204-1988 prior to placing an order.  Our cancelation policy also applies to furniture. If you want to know the delivery rate before you place your order, please call us, because if you do not accept the amount of the delivery fee after the 24-hours by 5:00 pm EST (same day of order) the cancellation fee will be applied. We are only available to call you with delivery rates Monday thru Friday since the delivery service is closed on weekends. However, the cancellation fee will still apply. Refusing Shipment, if for any reason other then calling us in regard to damaged merchandise, you refuses a shipment, we do not offer any credits or reimbursements, as stated above we do not except cancellations, which applies to customer’s refusal of delivery of mattresses,  furniture, monogrammed items or bedding orders.

Customer’s responsibilities upon receipt of shipment:

Customer must inspect mattress and furniture deliveries for damages or defects, or for missing product amounts, including inspecting all boxed items. If there is a damage, defect or incorrect quantity we request that you DO NOT sign for the delivery or except delivery and call us immediately at 1-908-204-1988 while the driver is still there, note all defects and damages on the delivery ticket, but do not sign it. Again, do not sign the driver’s delivery ticket. If you do not inspect all items including boxed items and follow this procedure we will not have any recourse with our manufacturers, when you sign the delivery ticket, you are signing a legal document, you must report any damages at the time of delivery. So, we request that you inspect all items thoroughly before you sign and accept your delivery. If there is any damage to the box or boxes, describe this on the delivery ticket, be specific, example, box corner crushed, tears, rips, marks, this information is also very important.  We are can not be responsible for boxes that are not open at the time of delivery. Concealed damage claims are impossible after the consignee (you) has had possession of the merchandise. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by manufacturer.

White Glove Delivery Service-Customer is responsible for measuring the space, hallway, doorways to make sure that the Mattress and or Foundation can fit through these spaces so that they can be placed accordingly. Organic Nest will not except returns due to this issue and no refund will be given.

Pricing:

Organic Nest reserves the right to not process or to cancel an order due to certain circumstances. For example, if a product you want to purchase is out of stock or product you want to purchase has been mispriced.

Charge Payments:

Organic Nest's name will appear on your charge card statement.

We require that you email us back  the following statement along with your full name entered on your email, this confirms that you,

Monogrammed Item:

All monogrammed items are a final sale.

Product Color:

We are not responsible for the color shade of an item as computer screens can portray or distort the “true” color of merchandise.
