For “In-Stock Items” all Packages will ship USPS (United States Postal Service) by PARCEL-POST within 3-7 business days. This does not apply to mattresses, foundations, furniture, special-order items and monogrammed items.
Within the first 12-hour period after purchase, the following policies apply; No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled by 5:00 EST on the same day the order was placed. Past this time and date a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. After 12 –hour period, NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED on “mattresses”, “foundations”, “furniture”, “monogrammed”, “special-order items”, “adult and baby bedding” items. You may email us you request, as store hours vary. All bedding, mattress orders for adults, children and baby or any orders with “multi-items” of the same type are deemed a final sale.
We do not except returns on Furniture, Mattresses , foundations, bedding (including pillows), multiple qty orders, special ordered and custom orders, monogrammed orders, Body Care or sale items. As they are deemed a Final sale. Unless item has been deemed defective at time of delivery.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items that can be returned or exchanged must be received within 10-days of the purchase date. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in their original packaging and accompanied with the original copy of the sales receipt. Please note, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization tag number.
We do NOT disposal of old mattresses. Truckers will not take the responsibility of putting an old mattress which could be infested with bed bugs onto a truck with new mattresses, therefore taking the chance that the new mattresses could be infested with those bed bugs. I agree, don’t you. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility for the disposal of their old mattress and foundations.
We do our best to offer you an accurate shipping time frame for your order. However, shipping time frames may change due to circumstances out of our control, example, a supplier may commit to a specific time frame and due to issues that may occur their time frame my change or bad weather conditions may also change delivery time frames. We ask for your patience and understanding as we cannot be responsible for changes, we will contact you as quickly as possible to make you aware of any changes to the delivery schedule.

If for any reason other then calling us in regard to damaged merchandise, you refuses a shipment, we do not offer any credits or reimbursements, as stated above we do not except cancellations, which applies to customer’s refusal of delivery of mattresses, furniture, monogrammed items or bedding orders.

Customer must inspect mattress, furniture and furniture accessory deliveries for damages or defects, or for missing product amounts, including inspecting all boxed items. If there is a damage, defect or incorrect quantity we request that you DO NOT sign for the delivery or except delivery and call us immediately at 1-908-204-19881-908-204-1988 while the driver is still there, note all defects and damages on the delivery ticket, but do not sign it. Again, do not sign the driver’s delivery ticket if there are any damages, defects or incorrect quantity. If you do not inspect all items including boxed items and follow this procedure we will not have any recourse with our manufacturers, when you sign the delivery ticket, you are signing a legal document, you must report any damages at the time of delivery. So, we request that you inspect all items thoroughly before you sign and accept your delivery. If there is any damage to the box or boxes, describe this on the delivery ticket, be specific, example, box corner crushed, tears, rips, marks, this information is also very important. We are can not be responsible for boxes that are not open at the time of delivery. Concealed damage claims are impossible after the consignee (you) has had possession of the merchandise. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by manufacturer. All Mattresses must be taken out of their plastic wrap upon delivery.
White Glove Delivery Service-Customers are responsible for measuring the space, hallway, doorways to make sure that the Mattress and or Foundation can fit through these spaces so that they can be placed accordingly. Organic Nest will not except returns due to this issue and no refund will be given.
We are not responsible for the color shade of an item displayed on our website as computer screens can portray or distort the “true” color of merchandise.
All custom size measurements for bedding and furniture items including accessories must be submitted by the customer. Customer is required to submit measurements in the Special Message Box at check out on our website or by email. Organic Nest is not responsible for measurements submitted to us by customer, measurements are made as close to sizes submitted as possible.

With summer time and/ or hot temperature comes the challenge of shipping our natural formalized body bars. Other products contain chemicals to stabilize products, our products do not contain any of these ingredients. Please be aware that in hot temperatures body bars may melt and Organic Nest cannot be responsible.

Form the heat and weight of your head and body, wool fill will compress 30-40% overtime, cotton fill will compress very quickly.
